The Knightly News Media Club at Central Penn College had a momentous day on Feb. 2 as the club recorded its first ever podcast, featuring Career Services Director Steve Hassinger, podcast committee member Nasir Harris, and co-advisor Paul Miller.
The group discussed the major quarterly event for Career Services, the CPEC Job Fair. The event will be held at the Radisson Hotel in Camp Hill on Feb. 16 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. More information about the event can be found at http://www.cpec.info.
Hassinger explained on the podcast that each term Career Services at Central Penn College has one major event, but the CPEC Job Fair is the biggest event of the year. Hassinger went on to discuss all of the ways that Career Services can help students prepare for this event. He explained that they could help edit resumes, provide professional clothing via Dress for Success, and provide transportation for those who need it.
