CPC Diversity Climate Survey

CPC Diversity Climate Survey

Central Penn College is committed to the practices of diversity, inclusion and social equity. Central Penn reflects a diverse group of individuals that bring immense value to our campus community.

Dr. Scolforo’s commitment to diversity can be seen in its strategic implementation and subsequent initiatives that have positively impacted our campus. We have seen a significant increase in diversity programming, learning, and training opportunities. With the appointment of a Chief Diversity Officer and the presence of the Office of Diversity and Global Education, Dr. Scolforo has ensured that we will continually build capacity for diversity and inclusion here at Central Penn.

The Office of Diversity and Global Education works closely with Human Resources in an effort to assure staff and faculty are representative of the communities we serve, receive professional development, and are treated fairly. As part of our collective efforts to continually achieve an equitable campus environment, we ask that you participate in our very first Campus Diversity Climate Survey.

Studies show that diversity climate surveys ultimately impact the role that a diverse student and faculty body has on enhancing strategic outcomes and supporting a healthy campus climate. Studies also demonstrate that climate surveys promote healthy working environments and subsequently; improve the personal and professional development of employees. Soon you will see a separate email with the survey link. We look forward to your participation!
